Everything people ask us before they start. How the process works, what treatment costs, what to expect in the first month, and what happens once you hit your goal. If your question is not here, our care team will answer it.
Email support@science.coThree steps. You complete a short online health questionnaire, about five minutes. A US licensed provider reviews it and prescribes if treatment is appropriate for you. Your medication is prepared by a licensed US pharmacy and shipped to your door. No clinic visit and no insurance required.
No. Everything is cash pay and the price you see is the price you pay, at every dose. We do not submit claims to insurance, Medicare or Medicaid on your behalf. Your treatment is HSA and FSA eligible.
A provider licensed in your state. Every prescription is written by a US licensed provider after they read your health history. The same provider stays with you month to month and adjusts your dose based on how you actually respond.
One hormone, or two. Semaglutide works on GLP-1 alone. Tirzepatide works on GLP-1 and GIP together, and many people find it more effective. Your provider recommends the one that suits your history, your goals and how you have responded to treatment before.
Usually nausea, and usually early. Side effects most often appear in the first weeks after a dose increase and settle within a week or two. Message your care team and they will slow the climb rather than stop it. Always read the information supplied with your medication, and contact your provider about anything that concerns you.

No, and that is worth understanding. Compounded drug products are not approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness or quality by the FDA. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state Boards of Pharmacy and are highly regulated. A prescription is required.
All fifty states and the District of Columbia. Wherever you live, there is a provider licensed in your state. The Services are offered only to people located in the United States.
It varies, and nobody can promise a number. Most members drop at least one clothing size in their first months, and around 15 percent of body weight is a common average. Individual results differ and depend on the plan you stay with.
Appetite usually quietens first, often within the first few weeks. Weight follows after that. The pace is not linear and slow stretches are normal.
Yes, protein and movement. The medication lowers the appetite signal. Hitting a daily protein floor and doing some resistance work is what protects muscle while the fat comes off.
Your provider moves you to maintenance. That usually means adjusting the dose rather than stopping suddenly, so the weight you lost has the best chance of staying off.
Message your care team any time. Real answers from real people, with regular check ins and dose changes as you go. For anything urgent or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
