We want getting your treatment to be the easy part. This page explains how shipping works, what happens if something goes wrong, and what can and cannot be returned. If you have an issue with an order, contact our care team at support@science.co or on 1 (844) 587-5747 before doing anything else, because we can usually fix it faster than a return can.
Where we ship. We ship to all fifty states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship outside the United States.
How your order ships. Prescription orders are dispensed and shipped by an independently owned and operated, duly licensed pharmacy once a licensed provider has issued your prescription. Your order is not dispatched at the moment you pay. It ships after your consultation is complete and your prescription has been issued.
Cold pack shipping. Some treatments are temperature sensitive and are shipped in insulated packaging with a cold pack. Open and refrigerate these promptly on arrival, following the storage instructions included with your medication. If a cold pack shipment arrives warm, or the packaging is damaged, do not use the medication. Contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement.
Tracking. You will receive tracking information by email, and by text message if you have opted in, as soon as your order leaves the pharmacy.
Delays. Severe weather, carrier disruption and public holidays can extend transit times. Where a delay may affect a temperature sensitive product, we will reship rather than risk the medication.
Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before your order is dispensed. Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy we may not be able to change the destination. You can update your address in your account at any time before that point.
State and federal regulations do not permit the return of prescription medications once they have been dispensed by a pharmacy. Once your payment method has been charged and your package has been handed to the carrier, all sales of prescription medication are final. This is a legal restriction on the pharmacy, not a commercial policy of ours, and it applies regardless of where the medication was purchased.
You can log into your account before your order is sent to the pharmacy to change your address or payment method, or to cancel your subscription. Cancelling before that point is the reliable way to avoid a charge you do not want.
If your medication arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us and we will make it right.
We accept returns of unopened, non-prescription items for up to 30 days from the date of sale. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot accept cash on delivery returns.
To start a return, contact support@science.co with your order number, the product name and the reason for the return. We reserve the right to decline a return where the item does not arrive in its original condition, or where the product appears to have been opened or tampered with. Once we receive the returned item and it has been approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will reship your order. We will first work with the carrier to locate the package and have it redirected where possible.
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, check with others at your address and with your building or mail room first, then contact us. If a package is lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@science.co or on 1 (844) 587-5747 and we will arrange a replacement.
Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time up to 72 hours before your next processing date by emailing support@science.co or by logging into your account. Cancelling stops future orders. It does not refund an order that has already been dispensed, for the reasons set out above.
Our care team would always rather hear from you early. Contact us at support@science.co or on 1 (844) 587-5747.
