A state licensed US compounding pharmacy prepares it for you, and every batch is third party tested for purity and potency. Compounded medications are not approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Does the price go up as my dose goes up?

What side effects should I expect?

Usually nausea, and usually early. Side effects most often show up in the first weeks after a dose increase and settle within a week or two.
