Why is Semax a nasal spray rather than an injection?

That's the form it was developed and registered in, and the research is built on it. It's the only product in our range that isn't an injection.

Will Semax raise my cortisol?

No. That's the most common worry about anything built from ACTH. The parent hormone drives cortisol release, and this fragment was chosen and modified so it doesn't.

Is Semax a medicine anywhere?

Yes. It's been a registered medicine in Russia since 1994, given as a nasal spray. It hasn't been reviewed by the FDA or the European Medicines Agency, so that registration doesn't carry over here.

What does the Semax research cover?

Mostly the brain, and mostly Russian. Stroke recovery and cognition are the main areas. Most of it hasn't been repeated in large Western trials, so we keep our claims modest.

Is your Semax the same as the Semax sold online?
